Organization: DaVinci Institute

To Bryan Griffin,

On Wednesday, November 10th the DaVinci Institute will be hosting a very visionary event at Fiske Planetarium. In fact, it will be all about visionaries because that's who's coming - Colorado's most notable visionaries. You were one of the people recommended to us by Andrew Currie as being a true visionary. We'd love to have you join us for the event.

We started with a list of DaVinci Institute luminaries, and we asked each of them to recommend the names of other visionary people. Through this process we have created an invitation list of more than 300 truly remarkable thinkers.

Designed as a benefit fundraiser, the Night with the Visionaries will be an exclusive event to set the stage for announcing the Museum of Future Inventions, a project destined to make Colorado a world center of visionary thought and innovative thinking.

The Museum is being designed around the DaVinci Institute's pursuit of inventions that will define our future in the 21st century and beyond. It will be an educational facility composed of multiple pavilions, each with its own scientific concentration, sponsored by companies from around the world. Exhibits of the future inventions will be highly interactive and inspirational for aspiring innovators of all ages.

A final location for the museum has not been selected just yet, but it will be in the Denver Metro area

Companies already involved in this project include Ball Aerospace, Coors, IBM, McData, StorageTek, Avaya, the University of Colorado, and many more. Key individuals include Congressman Bob Beauprez, Mayor John Hickenlooper, former Senator Hank Brown, and former Governor Richard Lamm. The list of supporters now numbers in the hundreds and is growing daily.

This is an invitation for you to attend for the Night with the Visionaries event on November 10th from 6:30-9:30 pm at Fiske Planetarium in Boulder. We anticipate an audience of 150-200 people. After announcing plans for the Museum, there will be a Celebrity Auction involving elected officials, media personalities, and corporate executives. Each of the celebrities will be auctioned with a dinner package for six people.
